⚠️ Problem️ - People are frustrated that they can't input exact locations. This has also caused some canceled orders because users are unaware of the app picking another address.

Problem is that sometimes locations will just be too rural or unrecognizable. Technology does have its restrictions. When this happens, the app should have a way to guide users in picking viable locations instead. This behavior of randomness and uncertainty is what fusses the customers.

🌈 Solution - If improving the GPS location isn't an option right now. We can start by eliminating randomness and uncertainty by providing users with available locations. These will be based on their current location / inputted location.

The app will suggest available locations via a map for better scannability. Suggested locations are marked with pins that can be picked by users. Clicking on a point will reveal details about the price, distance from the current location, and the point's address.

⚠️ Problem ️ -  Users feel frustrated waiting too long for a driver to pick up orders. Currently, they need to keep re-posting until it gets accepted or add priority to their order by paying more. The frustration comes from waiting for uncertainty. There will be moments when there are not many drivers available or when drivers are cherry-picking orders.

🌈 Solution  - The availability of drivers is something we can't control. It's the expectations of the user that we can satisfy to save them from feeling hopeless about their orders. I suggest displaying the available drivers before and during the order creation. Driver availability can be measured via engagement in the app. If a driver stops using the app for a specific period, they'll be set to "offline".

We'll also have a view count of drivers after the order is posted. This allows users to further adjust their order to have a better chance of getting matched.
